Welcome to Roddwood Beagles
Julie & I have been involved with Beagles since 1987 when we bought Rossgay Roddie at 8 weeks old from Mrs. Brenda Haslam (Rossgay Beagles) and we have been hooked on beagles ever since.
We are both actively involved on The Northern & Midland Counties Beagle Club committee , I as President and Show Manager, Julie as Treasurer. We also belong to our local club Wigan & District Canine Society, Julie as a committee member and I as Chairman and Show Manager.
I have been judging since 1991 and I award Challenge Certificates in beagles and judge other hound breeds at Open Show level.
Julie has now after much persuasion started her judging career and has up to now judged Beagles at several open shows and is currently on several Breed club C lists.
